Four to five minutes. That's all.
New motherhood doesn't leave much space for yourself. The pauses are small, the nights are long, and the moments that belong entirely to you disappear faster than you expect.
These audios were made for those moments.
Four exclusive affirmations — one for the pause, one for the bath, one for the wind-down, one for every feed. Each one four to five minutes. Each one warm, unhurried, and entirely yours.
No routine. No pressure. Just press play in the moment that fits — and let five minutes be enough.
Recorded exclusively for Noura Care. Instant MP3 download. Yours to keep forever.

from 27 reviewsI use this with the mum oil most mornings while the baby does tummy time next to me. It's such a slow, gentle thing and I look forward to it. Face feels soft after, jaw feels less clenched. Beautiful object too, sits on my dresser and doesn't look like another plastic baby thing.
I'm going to be really honest — with a newborn I was never going to sit down and do a full 15 minute ritual. But the way it's built you don't have to. I use the tea and the socks most nights, the eye mask on the bad ones, the audio when I'm feeding. It all still adds up to a wind-down. That flexibility is actually what makes it usable.
Warming up the wrap-around heat pack and draping it across my shoulders during the 2am feed has genuinely become something I look forward to (relatively speaking lol). The scrunchie seems silly but when you're half asleep with one hand free it's actually perfect. Small things, big ritual.
This oil is absolutely beautiful. I use it after bath and sometimes on my hands during the day when I want to slow down for a sec. Not greasy at all, sinks in nicely. Australian made which I love. Honestly one of my favourite things from the whole bath set.
Didn't know what a Kansa wand was before this. Now it lives on my dresser and I use it almost every morning with the mum oil. Something about the slow circles on the jaw is so calming. The bath salts and oil are lovely too but the wand is the bit I'll keep forever.
My sister in law sent this to me after baby number 2 and I almost cried. The weight of it is so grounding and the lavender smell is soft not overpowering. I warm it up while I'm putting the baby down and then it's waiting for me. Small thing, big difference.
Bought this for myself at about 5 weeks postpartum. What struck me was that nothing in it feels like filler. Every single item is something I'd actually use — unlike most hampers where half ends up in the cupboard. The Aussie maker partnerships matter to me too. Paying a bit more for a gift set that's genuinely thoughtful is worth it.
Bit embarrassing but I actually teared up when I unwrapped this. It's heavier than I expected in the nicest way, sits perfectly in your hand, and the "mom love" feels like someone seeing you at 4am. I use it every single day for tea or coffee. Will be buying one for my best friend when her baby comes.
He ordered this as a "push present" (still giggling at him using that phrase) and I was genuinely surprised at how thoughtful the whole thing is. Everything inside works together, not just a random hamper. The mug is my favourite, I use it every night, and the 2-min audio has become my little ritual when I'm putting the baby down. Beautifully packaged, arrived gift ready with a note. 10/10 gift from a partner who didn't know what to do.
I had this in the cupboard for a while, finally used it when the baby was 9 weeks and my mum was over. Poured myself a glass of water, ran the bath with this, and genuinely just sat there for 25 minutes. Smells like a very expensive spa. Will be repurchasing.
I'm a combination feeder and I was worried most of the "feeding" gift sets out there would assume breastfeeding only. This one didn't — the mug, heat pack, scrunchie and balm are useful no matter how you're feeding. I reach for something from this set probably 6-8 times a day. Can't say that about any other baby gift I got.
I'll be honest I thought a meditation audio would be the thing I never opened. It's the 2-minute one that gets me. I put it on during night feeds when I can feel myself getting tense and it just… resets me. My husband got this for me and he keeps asking if it's "one of those woo things" but it works for both of us now lol.
Feeding for me had become this relentless thing I was just getting through. This set gave it back to me as a moment. The mug especially. I make a tea, put on the 2-minute audio, settle in for the feed. It sounds small but it's reframed the whole experience. My 3rd baby and I wish I'd had this for the first two.
I make a cup of this every night after the dinner dishes and it's become my signal that the day is winding down (even if the baby disagrees lol). Lovely herbal blend, caffeine free obviously, and the packaging is gorgeous. One of those small things that ends up mattering.
Brought this to a friend's baby shower and it was hands down the gift everyone noticed. The packaging is gorgeous, feels proper and intentional, not plasticky. The host (my pregnant friend) actually texted me later saying she'd been looking at it every night before bed just excited to use it. Easy decision to send the same one to another friend next month.
