About Us
I became a mother for the first time far from the place that raised me. In those early days, I felt how little space new mothers are given to simply slow down.
Rest was rushed. Warmth was forgotten. Nourishment felt like an afterthought.
Coming from a background rooted in Ayurveda, I knew the fourth trimester was meant to be protected. Through warming foods, grounding rituals, and small intentional moments of care, I slowly found my way back to myself.
Those gentle practices held me when I needed it most. Noura Care was born from that experience, a space created to honour mothers and remind them that they deserve to be nurtured too.
What We Believe
A new mother needs more than another gift to unwrap. She needs warmth. Nourishment. Protected rest. A moment that is entirely hers.
We don't believe in perfection, and we don't believe motherhood should look a certain way to be worthy of care. We believe in small rituals that fit into real, unpredictable days, a cup of tea during a feed, warm socks pulled on one handed, two quiet minutes before the next thing starts.
How We Build Each Ritual
Every Noura Care set is built around a single need, not a random collection of items. The Pause Ritual, the Bath Ritual, the Sleep Ritual, and the Feeding Ritual each centre on one moment in her day, chosen with care and inspired by Ayurvedic tradition, brought into the everyday rhythm of modern motherhood in Australia.
Every ritual is handcrafted and assembled in Perth, Western Australia, working with trusted Australian makers, and shipped gift ready across the country.
For the People Who Love Her
Most Noura Care rituals are chosen by someone else: a partner, a sister, a friend interstate, a workplace marking a colleague's leave. If you're not sure where to start, that's alright. Every ritual page tells you exactly who it's for and what it does.
She doesn't need flowers. She needs to feel seen.
