A: Noura Care is an Australian postpartum brand to support new mothers through curated ritual sets. Our products are rooted in Ayurvedic tradition and designed to support women through the fourth trimester — the weeks after birth. Based in Perth, we ship Australia-wide.

A: We offer three curated postpartum ritual sets: The Postpartum Bath Ritual, The Postpartum Sleep Ritual, and The Postpartum Feeding Ritual. We also sell individual items like Magnesium Bath Salts, Postpartum Calm Tea, the Mom Love Porcelain Mug, the Kansa Face Wand, and Postpartum Warmth Socks.

Q: Who are your ritual sets for?

A: Our ritual sets are designed as thoughtful gifts for new mothers — whether for a friend welcoming her first baby, a partner recovering after birth, or yourself. They're equally suited as baby shower gifts, postpartum care packages, or maternity gifts.

Q: What makes your products different from a regular baby shower gift?

A: Most baby shower gifts focus on the baby. Noura Care focuses on the mother. Our ritual sets are built around the real needs of the postpartum period — rest, warmth, nourishment, and gentle self-care — drawing from Ayurvedic traditions that have supported new mothers for thousands of years.

Q: How much do your ritual sets cost?

A: Our curated ritual sets range from $129 to $149. Individual products start from $11.95. 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship Australia-wide. Orders are typically dispatched within [1–2 business days] and delivered within [3–7 business days] depending on location. 

Q: Are your products safe for breastfeeding mothers?

A: Yes. Our products are carefully curated with ingredients appropriate for the postpartum period, including for breastfeeding mothers. Full ingredients are listed on the product labels. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.

Q: Can I include a gift message?

A: Absolutely. At checkout you can add a personalised gift message, which we'll handwrite on a card and include with the gift."

Q: Who started Noura Care? A: Noura Care was founded by Melvin in Perth, Western Australia, after her own postpartum experience. I created Noura Care after my own postpartum experience left me searching for something more intentional than a generic gift hamper.
